The fastest way to book

Message us on WhatsApp or call +212 661 45 47 38. We take bookings directly — there is no marketplace in between, no account to create, and no service fee added at a checkout step. Our office in Gueliz answers 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday.

The form below works too, but WhatsApp gets you an answer during office hours rather than whenever the inbox is next checked.

What to tell us in your first message

Four things, and we can usually confirm everything in one exchange:

1. Your date, and ideally a spare one. Balloons are grounded by wind and rain, so a flight that cannot go ahead moves to another morning — book early in your stay rather than on your last day.
2. How many of you, and the ages if there are children in the group.
3. Which flight: Classic at 170 € (shared basket), Private at 500 € (your own balloon) or Royal at 650 € (seated, breakfast in the air). All prices are per person and all-inclusive.
4. The name of your riad or hotel, not just the street. The medina is not navigable by street number in the dark, and our drivers know the riads.

If you are planning a proposal or a surprise, say so — it stays between you and us, and it means the crew will not walk into the middle of it. There is a separate guide to planning that.

What happens after you message

We confirm your flight, your price and your pickup window in writing. The exact pickup time follows sunrise, so it moves through the year — roughly 05:00 in June and 07:30 in January. You will have it before the day.

On the morning itself, the decision to fly is taken at the launch site by the pilot, looking at the actual conditions. If it is a no, we move you to another morning. That call is not commercial and it is not negotiable, which is exactly what you want from the person flying you.

Where we collect you

From your hotel or riad in Marrakech, in both directions, included in every price. That covers the medina, Gueliz, Hivernage and the Palmeraie. If you are staying outside the city — Agafay, Ourika, Amizmiz or beyond — tell us where and we will tell you honestly whether the pickup works for the departure time.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can, and early in your stay rather than at the end of it. Baskets fill, and you want a spare morning in case the weather moves your flight.

Can I book for tomorrow morning?

Often yes, if there is space. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away.

Do you answer outside office hours?

The office is 8:00 to 17:00, Monday to Saturday. Messages sent outside those hours are answered when it opens.

Do I pay when I book?

Tell us your dates first and we will confirm the flight and the price in writing. Ask us about payment in the same message and we will give you the options for your booking.

Can you pick up from outside Marrakech?

Sometimes, depending on the distance and the departure time. Tell us where you are staying and we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
